Kelly has over 20 years' experience working in the financial industry. She spent five years working at the Halifax gaining a wealth of knowledge in various departments before moving in to the second mortgage market where she spent fifteen years covering roles within management and compliance.
Kelly joined Tudor mortgages in early 2017 and is responsible for administrating and progressing mortgage applications, liaising with the clients, lenders, and Solicitors.
Kelly ensures that the client journey from initial contact through to completion runs as smoothly as possible, and provides excellent communication and customer service skills throughout the process.
Kelly has lived in Hemel Hempstead since birth and so has an excellent knowledge of the local area. She lives with her partner Wayne and their two sports mad boys who keep her extremely busy outside the office. She enjoys socialising, eating out and holidays.
